spiderbytes.ca The original spiderbytes site (launched in 2002) was considered a success, but after eight years the client wanted the site updated. It was an opportunity not only for visual changes, but to update content, site structure and interaction. Numerous exercises were conducted to organize the content so that users could find that information they needed. While the current site uses a heirarchical structure, the original proposal called for the development of visual word relationship tool which would allow users to find content based on a thesaurus-like Flash application. Client: Planned Parenthood Toronto Role: Worked with client to develop site. Oversaw illustrators to design interface, worked with programmers for back end design and refined content.
